Technical Contract Recruiter (2-5 Months) - Remote

Generative AI is changing the world of content creation and discovery. We need a Technical Contract Recruiter to work with our Product Engineering team and build the team that will provide AI products and solutions to our 4,000+ publisher clients. You must be an energetic, passionate “people person” who enjoys building candidate pipelines for technical roles.

What you’ll be doing:

• We are rapidly expanding our Product Engineering team by adding several AI Software Engineers. They will work on new product development in AI, SEO, Affiliate Commerce, email marketing and more. You will work side by side with the hiring managers and an in-house Tech Recruiter to identify, source and screen candidates.
• We have a high functioning recruiting process but we always encourage our Recruiters to recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the success of Raptive.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the job:

• Confidence is key! You should be confident in your ability to interact with SW Engineers, attend HM meetings with updates, write boolean strings in LinkedIn, maneuver in an ATS (we use JazzHR but that is not required), and hit the ground running.

The base salary range for this position is $60-$80 an hour. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
