Job Description

Our client is producer of a Virtual Reality software that allows users to access virtual reality concerts using latest VR headset technology. They're looking to add an internal recruiter to their team on a contract to hire basis.


Contract to Hire - 6 month W2 contract transitioning to full time employee

100% Remote - reports to Denver, CO


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and fulfill these needs.
  • Set up interviews and draft offer letters.
  • Partner with external vendors on hiring needs
  • Advertise and source candidates for a variety of IT positions


Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience
  • Previous Gaming , VR or AR recruitment experience is necessary - they need someone who understands requirements such as 3D artists, Unreal Engineer, Audio Engineers etc.
