Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Participate in requirements analysis and verification sessions
• Track and manage open issues and assist in planning for resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create project plans
• Participate in development sessions and design reviews

User Acceptance Testing

• Provide guidance and training to application end users
• Coordinate appropriate action through issue resolution
• Implement practices and procedures for end user test plans
• Responsible for the overall success of user acceptance testing
• Identify and document gaps in requirement adherence or system deficiencies/defects

Problem Identification And Troubleshooting

• Identify, document, and troubleshoot problems in systems, software, and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, report, and resolve issues
• Solve low complexity technical, system, and/or business issues
• Participate in the development of solutions and workarounds

Documentation And Project Management

• Monitor and report project status to identify and mitigate risks
• Coordinate assigned projects from concept through implementation
• Write requirements in a clear and well-organized manner
• Develop and/or collaborate in key project and requirement deliverables
• Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs

Qualifications

• Ability to organize stakeholder meetings
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

• Physical demands include occasional walking or standing, regular use of hands, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
