Overview

Employer is seeking customer care representatives to provide outstanding service to mortgage customers and promote additional products or services. This entry-level, on-site position offers opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule. No prior contact center experience is necessary, and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements
• Escalate issues to management as needed
• Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and document call resolution
• Follow client processes and procedures
• Utilize training and knowledge base to accurately answer customer questions
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Qualifications

Required:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service orientation and strong team focus
• Fluency in English
• Ability to multitask using multiple screens and systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Familiarity with computer systems and applications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Typing speed of 30-45 words per minute
• Aptitude for issue identification and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Relevant experience in banking or financial services
• Professional writing and communication abilities
• Data-entry experience
