Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Premium Specialist and Concession Specialist to ensure successful venue growth.
• Oversee new venue transition projects and maintain positive client relations.
• Manage and oversee smaller startup accounts within the OVG Hospitality Portfolio.
• Communicate frequently to clarify expectations and facilitate open dialogue within leadership.
• Develop and execute plans to set up new buildings on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or operations management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
