Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to define success metrics and KPIs and work closely with Sales to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop, execute, and maintain strategic account plans and deliver monthly client check-in calls to drive business value and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Manage a book of business, focusing on revenue growth and retention while providing exceptional customer experience.
• Execute all phases of customer experience, including communication, project management, and negotiation of renewals and upsells.
• Build trusted relationships within key accounts and create customer advocates for new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Resourceful and creative problem solver.
• Quick learner who can handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think critically about customer needs and provide input and feedback on achieving their goals.
• Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Ability to explain technical software solutions to non-technical individuals.
• Track record of creating significant impact for customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to identify and communicate success metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, self-motivated, and a team player.

Preferred

• Marketing background.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience working with a SaaS company.

Additional Information

• Occasional in-person training sessions and regular on-site working days may be required, especially during onboarding.
