Contract Specialist - Remote ($60000.00 - $70000.00 / Year)

Primary Responsibilities

• Uphold compliance by identifying, researching, and analyzing data related to potential violations of brand policies and procedures and abuse of company intellectual property
• Prioritize and manage activities effectively to meet commitments and schedules
• Prepare, analyze, distribute, and update Franchise Review Committee documentation
• Draft and maintain contract administration documentation and all documents throughout the franchise relationship
• Manage the full life-cycle contract maintenance processes associated with franchise agreements, amendments, and renewals

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Strong time management, planning, and organization skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A background in franchising, familiarity with contract administration activities, and good analytical skills will enhance your credentials
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence
• Must be efficient in using all Microsoft Office applications and an electronic contract lifecycle management solution
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• B.S./B.A. Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline preferred
• Experience preparing legal documents
• Proven analytical and research skills
