Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management including quality, financials, compliance, and data
• Oversee multiple customer locations for Total Waste services
• Develop Continual Improvement Plans for cost savings and sustainability projects
• Supervise internal personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Serve as the main point of contact with customers, coordinating meetings and addressing their needs

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue additional work opportunities
• Coordinate with local resources to deliver waste services
• Assist implementation team in transitioning new locations into Total Waste Management Program
• Maintain a safe and environmentally sound work-site per regulatory requirements
• Obtain pricing and quote customers for out of scope/new projects

Qualifications

• Effective supervision, planning, and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and information systems
• 3-5 years of food and beverage experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of industry practices, operations, and safety
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
• 3-5 years of waste experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Certifications/Training

• Valid Driver's License
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Training preferred
• DOT and RCRA Training preferred

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Travel one week per month
• Ability to perform site walks inside and outside of customer plants
