The CP2E (Connecting People to Experts) group is growing, and we need a new Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead our team, drive record-breaking results, and oversee our end-to-end recruiting process. This role is critical to the continued explosive growth of our expert community.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a highly visible role focusing on QuickBooks Live hiring. We recruit thousands of experts per year. The ideal candidate will be equal parts Head Cheerleader and Recruiting Process Expert. Candidates must have experience: thinking strategically, leading a large co-located team, working in a fast-paced environment, coaching to metrics, and driving recruiting funnel efficiencies.

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of leaders, partners, business units, as well as peers
  • Excellent and concise communication skills
  • Proven success in leading a full cycle recruitment team in a high-volume and/or fast-paced environment

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage a large team through consistent change with a fine-tuned ability to pivot
  • Ability to use data to quickly identify factors that could impact the hiring process
  • Ability to analyze situations end-to-end and accurately to reach productive decisions
  • Knowledge with approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems while suggesting and delivering appropriate intervention strategies; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations to solve for the business and organization

How you will lead

  • Proactively ensure that we are delivering great candidate and hiring team journeys by using data to identify and address weak links in the process or approach
  • Partner with business leaders to deeply understand and advise on current and future state talent needs
  • Hold your team and business partners accountable to deliver to 100% of the talent plan by prioritizing work appropriately, asking for and allocating resources as required, removing roadblocks as they appear and influencing for the right outcomes
  • Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, using data and effective judgement to make the right call on priorities and time allocation
  • Use research and data to accurately focus your resources on the right bets at the right time
  • Foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions
  • Invest time in understanding your team’s capabilities and aspirations and use that insight to ensure they are given opportunities to grow and learn
