Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated full-time BI/Reporting Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional with a passion for visualization and dashboards to shape the future of talent acquisition processes within our organization as we move toward a data-driven and insight-led culture. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards to support talent acquisition processes and workflows. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting and Dashboard Development:
  • Design and develop dynamic and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze data discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout reporting processes.
  • Translate complex data sets into user-friendly visuals that provide valuable information on recruitment metrics, talent pipeline, hiring trends, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Lead data cleaning, consistency, update, and correction efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to gather requirements and understand their reporting and analytical needs.
  • Verify accuracy and expected functionality of supported reports, dashboards, and data, providing necessary training and adoption support.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, ensuring effective distribution methods while maintaining security access requirements.
Process Improvements, and Optimization Projects:
  • Proactively identify and recommend ongoing improvement to data reporting processes to enhance the accuracy and breadth of data available for analysis and reporting, and then work collaboratively with TA and HR to implement approved recommendations.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with TA, HR, and the business to develop analytics solutions for strategic business and workforce challenges.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with TA, HR, & the business to go from problem statement to analytics solution including contribution toward the presentation of projects.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Assist with collecting requirements from stakeholders then leveraging knowledge of the key components and relationships of data to transform data into solution designs for effective reporting.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support strategic decision-making within the Talent team.
  • Collect and analyze data from various systems to perform in-depth data analysis.
  • Implement and optimize analysis and data models, collaborating with TA and the business, to develop standardized and automated analytical solutions.
End-user Training and Support:
  • Train and support end-users on using self-service reporting tools effectively to promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users for their reporting needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruitment workflows, and HR metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a BI/Reporting Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and dashboard development.
