Job Description
  • Create and implement policies for professional development, continuing education, and training.
  • Location: Plano.
  • Manage employee relations and engagement.
  • Implement onboarding plan and protocols for new employees that will orient them to the company’s process and culture.
  • Assist with planning company events.
  • Administer benefits and manage insurance renewal and open enrollment.
  • Manage the process for voluntary and involuntary terminations.
  • Job Role: HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Work with companies’ executive team to align the human resource strategy with the organizations business goals.
  • Direct the recruiting and interviewing efforts of the HR coordinator.
  • The Individual shall be primarily responsible for calling candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Plan and oversee employee reviews.
  • Lead the employee wellness initiative.
  • Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week).
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with strong time management skills.
  • Strong ability to organize and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Attention to detail is a MUST
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Sharepoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations.
