Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist
Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enable the most objective, bias free, fast and proactive recruitment process for all critical job pools across the region.
-Optimal Delivery Model: Responsible for ensuring Talent Acquisition (TA) governance, and execution at both Honeywell recruiting partners and In- House teams, in partnership with TA technology and TA Operations.
- Ensure the best top recruiters and recruiting AI is in place to select the best talent fit for Honeywell digital transformation.
- Partner with all relevant stakeholders and COE peers to advance hiring processes, reporting, and analytics to the highest possible level to make hiring easier and drive greater effectiveness for recruiters and businesses.
- Own relationship with the recruiting partner, accountable for the performance of every single recruiter, ensure SLA performance is being achieved and action plans in place for continuous improvement.
- Single escalation points to ensure recruiting partners have what they need from Honeywell to deliver high quality results.
- Build a seamless relationship with recruiting partner integrating them fully into the Honeywell DNA.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Job Site: Atlanta, GA
40 hours/week
Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field and two (2) years of Human Resources experience.
Must possess two (2) years of experience in the following: recruitment experience; project management experience; process/program design experience within a highly matrixed, software industrial organization or similar matrixed, software organization.
Up to 10% domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
