Position Title: HR Administrator – Talent Acquisition


Neuromonitoring Associates is growing our footprint and we would like you to grow with us! We are seeking a HR administrator to join our team. In this position, you will operate in a matrixed structure to establish effective processes for cultivating relationships with candidates, deploying talent to support business growth, and welcome employees to NMA through onboarding process. This position requires a self-starter, seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition professional who drives for results.


Job Responsibilities:


As a priority, HR administrators will handle most of the employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.


A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department’s compliance. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary HR administrator will be to maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as holiday and leave.

  • Proactively engage in discussions to identify opportunities and needs for improvement, across all areas of recruitment.
  • Build and maintain pipeline of potential candidates for each location and keep in contact with candidates in the pipeline.
  • Provide counsel and direction to hiring managers and operations partners.
  • Source, screen and attract qualified individuals for openings across the US.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers even when they do not have active openings in their territory.
  • Work with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews both via phone, video calls and in-person. Coordinate related candidate travel if needed.
  • Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating recruiting strategy and providing weekly updates.
  • Partner with hiring manager in selection process to ensure the best match for their team is selected.
  • Collaborate with operations partners to develop strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the company.
  • Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, referrals, and other potential prospects.
  • Complete the offer letter and sending to candidate along with other required documentation.
  • Manage the offer process from verbally extending to closing/acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate information in JazzHR (ATS).
  • Possess a strong work ethic and innate sense of follow-up and persistence in daily tasks.
  • Be active on social media forums, attend career fairs, tradeshows/conferences, make cold calls, process email/text blasts, visit college campuses or universities and any other creative methods to locate qualified individuals.
  • Maintain contact with candidates that are in process, ensuring they remain interested and engaged in the hiring process.

  • Basic office skills. Typing and 10-key skills are a must.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with professional demeanor.
  • Responsible and dependable.
  • Knowledgeable in multiple Microsoft OS’s and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical skills experience and sound judgment to make decisions.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.


Experience:


  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of (3) three years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or busy corporate environment.


Working Conditions:


Work schedule: Monday – Friday remotely


Requires being available during non-scheduled work time


Requires in-person meetings and travel


Physical Demands:


Ability to lift a maximum of fifty (50) pounds.


Ability to sit for long periods of time
