Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from beginning to end. The successful candidate will own and manage processes, schedules and projects in support of the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
Job Requirements
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing verbal and written communication to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with travel arrangements for candidates, when necessary.
  • Assist with company recruiting events and promotional materials.
  • Provide strategic and administrative support for employment opportunities within the company.
  • Develop systems and protocols for tracking information regarding candidates, vacancies, and projects.
  • Open, manage, update and disposition job requisitions in applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate offer package in coordination with Recruiter and Hiring Manager.
  • Initiate reference reports, background checks and gather other candidate supporting information.
  • Meet new candidates and coordinate the on-site interview process.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with internal teams to innovate – bringing new ideas and tactics to the recruitment process, leveraging resources as appropriate.
  • Act as a point person for candidate inquiries, pre- and post-interview.
  • Provide project management for a variety of recruitment initiatives.
  • Collect and track interview feedback.
  • Conduct initial telephone interviews to screen candidates, coordinate onsite interviews, and serve as an effective liaison with Talent Acquisition functional teams.
  • Perform Internet, social media and other research projects, as assigned.
Knowledge And Skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • One year of experience in an employment/recruitment environment is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Prefer availability to relocate.
