Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialist

Our international oil & gas client is seeking a long-term Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Dallas location.

Benefits are offered thru Dagen Personnel. Flexible work schedule. Monday and Friday work from home. Tuesday - Thursday in the office. This is a long term contract of one year or longer.

• Flexible and creative with a positive, high-energy attitude.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (must be in the last 18 months) in a fast paced, high-volume recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Social media recruiting skills.
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Certified sourcing professional. Familiar with Boolean Search and sourcing online databases and social media sites.
• Technical recruitment experience in upstream, midstream and chemicals.
