  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employ a Proactive Recruitment approach to anticipate and address staffing needs in a timely manner ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates for all positions within the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry organizations and professionals to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify potential candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand in the hospitality industry. Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that attract and engage potential candidates.
