This is an exciting opportunity to join our founding team and work at a purpose-driven, global tech startup. You will join a team of top talent that has previously helped hundreds of millions of people live happier lives - all while building billion-dollar consumer brands.
The key to our growth is an agile, iterative, product-led consumer experience and a creative, commercial approach to identifying and signing the right partners and buyers. The more influential and high-volume physical and digital sales channels we add, the faster we will deliver on our mission.
By leading our commercialization, this role is responsible for ensuring we scale fast with the most influential and high-impact sales channels possible. By attracting these channels early and at speed, we help revolutionize people’s lives for the better with a product that provides distinct health benefits, marketing, and branding that receives better reviews than any other product on the market.
This role will build, lead, and demonstrate by example the skills needed to rapidly grow top domestic and local sales channels, create a seamless onboarding experience, and share learnings with our product team to inform our product roadmap.
Compensation
$ OTE are substantial (especially within a startup environment).

The first role of this leader will be to own growth, recommend the path forward, and deliver.
Winner. You will set the strategy and oversee building the commercialization in the US and internationally. This means winning at corporate level and locally and rapidly building a team that can execute alongside you.
You will build a team, collaborate, and excel in driving performance. You demonstrate your people-first mindset by creating development programs and shaping the team. Our people are our most important asset, and it is your role to maximize their potential.
Location
This role can be remote (if preferred) and anywhere in the US.
