The first role of this leader will be to own growth, recommend the path forward, and deliver.

1-3 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management

Calendar management & scheduling for executives

Serve as the Office Manager and make sure the office runs smoothly

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence..

Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and customer success, to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.

Provide regular project status updates to senior management, stakeholders, and customers, and ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and effective.
