Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Head of Partnership Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by cultivating strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with key stakeholders, promoting the company's suite of cutting-edge products. Your efforts will contribute to expanding the client's ecosystem and driving revenue through mutually beneficial collaborations.


Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and customer needs, effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, proactively managing any arising issues and
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with VARs, system integrators, and
  • Ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful co-marketing and co-selling
  • Oversee partner onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring partners quickly
  • Initiatives with partners.
  • Realize the value of their collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for channel development and strategic partnerships, aimed at enhancing market penetration and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying new
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of each partnership, making data-driven adjustments
  • Partnership opportunities and recommending strategic actions.
  • To strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partnership management, or a related role within
  • The technology or SaaS industry.
  • Technologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a focus on fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the building technology, system integrators, and
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions and advanced building
  • At all levels.
  • Passion for advanced building technology and a strong interest in sustainability and
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Related industries, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders
  • Environmental initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
