About The Opportunity
WeWork is currently seeking a Head of Broker Partnerships who will be responsible for managing the performance of the Broker Partnership teams, as well as overseeing all broker-led (including corporate occupier) or related Sales across the USC region.
They will work closely with their Broker Partnership team to deepen relationships with the broker community, drive retention/upselling, and lead flow at the top of the funnel. This role is vitally important in driving the success of WeWork global accounts and will be a key figure with respect to establishing asset and leasing strategy.
As a successful Head of Broker Partnerships, you will be expected to (though will not be limited to):
  • Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Be culturally sensitive to different market / country Broker operating processes, fee systems, competition and cultural nuances
  • Tailor the broker strategy to the needs of the business and broker community to scale the relationship and drive new opportunities
  • Own building the go-to-market strategy with respect to the Broker community
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders in WeWork within Sales and other departments
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for any disputes on behalf of the Broker Partnerships team across International, including those related to payments working with cross functional partners
  • Build expert knowledge and understanding of WeWork’s assets and standing in the market, as well as the broker community and market strategy
  • Communicate regularly with your team’s broker partners or geographical remit to proactively drive engagement with our community and services, as well as cross-functionally communicate internally at WeWork
  • Be able to delegate for the USC Head of Leasing and represent the function at C-Suite level
  • Represent WeWork at broker and real estate events, partake in panel discussions and more broadly increase brand awareness
  • Be able to drive performance in geographically dispersed teams that may or may not be functionally directly reporting to yourself
About You

  • A thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives
  • Strong external relationships with brokers, more specifically tenant reps and corporate occupier
  • Strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • 8+ years of real estate experience, willingness to travel to interface with the broker team/broker leads and the broker community
  • Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay and Incentive Compensation: $146,700 - $195,600 annual salary, plus variable incentive pay with on target earnings of $244,500 - $326,000.
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Equity: Equity may also be granted depending on your job level (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment).
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
