Responsibilities

  • Lead sales of debt collections ( BPO services) locally and globally.
  • Develop the sales team ,coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques to enable the business to meet and surpass sales targets consistently.
  • Head the development and formulation of sales strategies for debt collection outsource services in the North America region.
  • Lead and motivate team members effectively.
  • Lead and drive sales growth to meet company objectives.


Relevant Experience

  • 8 yrs+ Global experience in leading teams in debt collections or receivables management.
  • Previous sales experience in the North America(USA) region would be advantageous.
  • 10 yrs +Extensive and proven sales experience in similar outsource, call centre , debt collections environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree /Masters (Management, Accounting, Business Law, Economics, Finance, or statistics, Sales)
