JOB TITLE: US Head of Sales

INDUSTRY: Beverage

LOCATION: Florida


Goal: Develop and oversee execution of the company's strategy to profitably grow the brands within retailers and independent accounts throughout the United States.

Lead the commercial tactical actions that follow the business growth ambition. lead the implementation of commercial processes according to corporate guidelines, leading the commercial team in achieving results


Responsibilities

  • Approve commercial and promotional spend budget.
  • Prepare the commercial and volume AOP in accordance with the strategy in order to ensure that it is aligned with the actions that will be taken to meet the market volume defined
  • Be responsible to deliver the figures for volume, revenue and prices strategies
  • Define strategy with convenience and drug channel in unison with Business development director USA/UK to unlock new business for our brands in the US.
  • Authorize misc. expenses related to the growth of the brands including travel of regional sales managers.
  • Strong, passion to win with scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Lead the revenue growth management strategy for the US portfolio
  • Be responsible for collaborating with key cross-functional teams across Insights, Marketing, R&D, QA, Packaging, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales to gain any support in achieving sales objectives.
  • Develop the commercial strategy that follows the business plan for the USA operation.
  • Have the ability to balance strategic thinking with a tactical mindset
  • Approve prices changes
  • Supervise team of regional sales managers through various sales KPI’s aimed at portfolio expansion to ensure AOP targets defined by Beliv are achieved.
  • Approve marketing events in the region.
  • Monitor sales metrics and syndicated data to inform and adjust strategy for future success of the brands.
  • Develop and enter new markets in new regions
  • Manage senior level relationships with any brokers/retailers the company may utilize to give support to the business and generate and stablish long-term strategic relationships.
  • Attend and manage sales through retailers and sales brokers in the US in order to ensure sales objectives and goals are met.


Relationships

  • Leading and managing RSMs
  • Manage retailers and distribution and execution of products
  • Define and execute RGM plans
  • Define RTM strategies and cost associated
  • Alignment of strategy for the region, review of results with the Finance Director
  • Lead brand teams through implementation of brand strategy in specified regions
