WORK OPTION: Hybrid
- Work with the NBA brand team to bring League Pass into broader NBA-wide campaigns.
- Partner with our creative agency to refine communication strategy and optimize creative performance across channels based on customer insights and data
- Oversee the internal execution team and partnerships with external agencies, establishing processes & providing guidance on strategy on briefs, calendars, and creative.
- Oversee campaigns for League Pass, partnering with internal and external teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels and measure the impact of that work.
- Own strategic planning and promotional calendar to drive subscriptions for League Pass, as well as manage all health metrics for the business, such as engagement and retention
- Drive full-season strategy and budgets to support company growth goals, responsible for tracking progress and asking critical business questions to encourage the team to do even more impactful work.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to build reports that keep a pulse on key business metrics and inform senior leadership of key trends.
- Comfortable working with Product teams to shape product features and drive comprehensive go-to-market plans.
- Effectively analyze results of initiatives, then use those findings to influence future strategies and report performance to leaders.
- Lead strategic expansion and partnerships with both international region teams and other business units within the NBA, such as business development, the NBA store, and brand.
- Understand subscription and loyalty businesses holistically to build optimal ways to build pipelines for new product releases and optimize conversions to existing subscription products.
- BA/BS required. MBA is a plus
- 8-10+ years of work experience in integrated or growth marketing, with an emphasis on subscription and/or campaign planning
- Experience defining new functions
- Experience managing people / leading teams is required
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting without ready-made processes
- Consumer experience required. Subscription, media, or sports-based experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver high-quality written and verbal content
