- Partnership Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish collaboration terms that foster growth, innovation, and long-term value for both parties involved
- Business Development: Utilize your well-honed business development skills to attract new partners and expand Oxygen's network of strategic alliances
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with partners to foster mutual trust, successful collaboration, and ongoing growth
- Partnership Agreements: Collaborate with legal and executive teams to draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and alignment with company policies
- Partnership Identification: Utilize your expertise and industry knowledge to identify potential partners who can complement and enhance Oxygen's product and service offerings
- Facilitate Review Processes: Coordinate internal and external reviews of potential partnerships, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and overall strategic goals
- Proven experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners at various levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of success in strategic partnerships within the fintech or financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of partnership agreements and legal frameworks in a fintech context.A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrable ability to close deals that drive business growth
