Job Title: Brand Partnerships Manager

**About Us**
We are a fast-growing digital media company specializing in producing compelling and informative content about influencers. Think TMZ, but for influencers. In just four short months, we've grown from 0 to 1 million subscribers on YouTube. We're now seeking to expand our reach and monetize our platform through brand integrations across multiple social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
**About the Role**
We're looking for a dynamic, well-connected Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. This individual will be primarily responsible for securing brand partnerships and sponsorships, as well as integrating these partnerships into our content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, deep relationships within the advertising and influencer marketing industry, and a clear understanding of digital media trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential advertisers and sponsors.
- Collaborate with our content team to seamlessly integrate sponsorships into our YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
- Negotiate terms for partnerships and contracts that align with our company's goals and values.
- Maintain communication with sponsors to ensure their satisfaction and return on investment.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our audience demographics to better sell our platform to potential advertisers.
- Continuously seek new partnership opportunities to grow our brand and revenue.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role or similar, preferably within the advertising or influencer marketing industry.
- Strong existing relationships with potential advertisers and sponsors.
- Proven track record of securing partnerships and meeting revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for and knowledge of the influencer industry.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
