Head Of Growth Jobs

A disruptive D2C brand in the home design space is seeking a talented Head of Growth to join their leadership team and drive growth marketing strategy holistically. This role will work hand-in-hand with the founder and oversee acquisition and performance marketing across all channels and consumer touch points.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, investors, and Executive Leadership
• Develop and oversee marketing budget
• Develop and drive omnichannel marketing strategy across online and offline acquisition and retention channels, inclusive of testing, optimizing, and analyzing performance
• Own the customer journey and conversion funnel end-to-end, leveraging loyalty as a core pillar of strategy

• Brand-led and consumer-obsessed marketer
• Player-coach mentality; ability to strategize and execute
• Passionate problem-solver
• Seasoned growth marketer with 10+ years of experience, 3+ years scaling a digitally-native brand
