Develop and manage end-to-end technical program execution and ensure on-time delivery

Coordinate across team lines to manage, track and deliver outcomes for our teams while evaluating and managing trade-offs

Knowledge of project management basics including; scheduling building, tracking, management, and communication. Budget management, Risk management

9-12 years of project management experience in a regulated environment.

PMP Certification and/or Professional Project Management Certificate preferred.

Experience organizing and presenting key project metrics, progress, and risks during Project Reviews

Outstanding verbal & written communication skills

Experience and savvy in dealing with external customers

Bachelor’s degree (masters preferred) in engineering, computer science, or business administration/management with appropriate technical experience.

Ensure transparency, alignment and clear communication of program status and overall resourcing across the portfolio to key stakeholders.

Leads challenging, innovative and productive conversations to solve critical challenges in both strategic and tactical circumstances

· Experienced with controls, or risk management with both enterprise applications and developed software, including:

Distributed systems access management and service deployment

· Advise SAP and engineering teams on business and SOX requirements for financial data integrations to SAP

· Perform quarterly IT deficiency evaluations in coordination with Finance.

· Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (SOX) and IT General Controls

· Knowledge of IT / Information Security risks and controls principles

Demonstrated program management experience; including planning, project execution, and issue/risk management

Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with varying levels of individual contributors and management.

Collaborate with the global Technical Program Management team to drive improvements in the program management practice area.

5 + years experience as Technical Program Manager for software projects preferred

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience with formal engineering and product development processes (e.g. Scrum, Agile, SAFe)

Project Management skills in developing schedules and tracking milestones.

Publish appropriate metrics, such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), as requested by the Program or Technical Program Management Office.

Support engineering and configuration management teams to move BOMs through the pre-stage, prototype, pre-production, and production lifecycles.

Excellent Cross-functional team management, articulate, collaborative, and adaptive communication style.

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of requirements definition.

Interact with sales organizations to communicate organizational information, strategies, and capabilities

Experience operationalizing vulnerability and POAM management into the software development lifecycle

Experience creating Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) and tracking engineering responsibilities to timely completion

Experience with application of government security findings and translating to software/system requirements

Manage and track security related deliverables to completion

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong communication skills with ability to effectively deliver complex messages and teach new concepts
