The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to add to our high performing team to do just that.
Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey. Now, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics products as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will report to a Director of Program Management , as well as continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.
You Will

• Manage technical release planning in collaboration with engineering, analytics and product management
• Build trust based partnerships communicating progress across the organization to individual contributors as well as senior executives
• Facilitate technical discussions and requirements gathering within Scrum teams and with multiple external stakeholders
• Execute the Scrum Master role, including running daily/weekly scrum ceremonies for both our engineering and analytics teams.
• Create and maintain technical artifacts (roadmaps, project plans, capacity planning, technical workflows, etc)
• Collaborate with Engineers and Marketing teams to plan, maintain, and prioritize engineering and analyst work
• Develop a status and reporting structure that is consistent with agile principles and also gives insight into progress toward desired business outcomes

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Familiarity with BI tools and processes such as GitHub, ETL (process and technical framework), S3, Tableau, Snowflake, MDM and ERP.
• Experience with Agile project/product management tools like Jira and Productboard.
• Experience building products based on data, hypotheses, and MVPs by defining and aligning on clear requirements, working with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers and UI/UX designers.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban development methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management for large-scale initiatives.
• Working knowledge of standard data languages (e.i. SQL and Python)
• Highly attentive to driving maximum efficiency from a team, with the ability to eliminate cruft while preaching simplicity
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types
• Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies
• Experience with data governance, engineering and analytics processes and best practices
• Capable of owning delivery of a project staying highly involved as a point person in team meetings
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
