Technical Program Manager, Senior (Oci)

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be leading execution behind the development of OCI new features and platforms. You should be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. This role requires experiences working within or alongside product management, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.

We are specifically looking for an experienced and customer-centric TPM to join the OCI team that will be responsible for:

• Be the voice of customers and partners with Oracle’s various cloud engineering teams.
• Working closely with engineering teams translating business requirements into technical requirements to help shape the future roadmap of OCI services.
• Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer and partner adoption on the cloud platform.
• Gathering feature requests and feedback, and influencing product direction and OCI services’ evolution.
• Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
• Owning the strategy and the execution plan for the new cutting-edge platforms adoption with a strong focus on customer excellence.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to drive programs and projects to completion.
• Understanding of cloud competitive landscape, customer priorities and challenge, preferred.
• Ability to create detailed engagement plans to keep up with the high velocity of features being delivered on the platform
• Strong technical acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills.
• 4+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
