About The Job
We believe innovation happens when our team is able to move quickly, efficiently, and decisively. In this role, it will be your mandate to help our engineering and product teams do just that.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help execute our strategy for our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platform. You will plan, own, and facilitate status reporting, risk and issue tracking, business analysis, process definition across the various technology teams.
You Will
  • You will help us participate in technical communities and build a strong engineering brand
  • Drive continuous process improvements and best practices to create a robust, predictable, priority driven culture
  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions where necessary
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and negotiate solutions to issues
  • You will help us build a great engineering culture and a great company
  • Identify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them
  • Work with our product engineering teams to define metrics for tracking progress, determining success, and completion
  • Work with product and engineering leads on backlogs and roadmap prioritization to deliver value to customers in shorter iterations
You Have:
  • Passion for operational excellence, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Scrappiness & bias towards action: we’re building the future of creative independence and changing the way creative work is made.
  • Have 5+ years of relevant experience working with engineering teams to ship end-user software
  • Team player, collaborative, and positive attitude
  • Excellent writing, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects and meeting ongoing and overlapping deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Bias towards over-communication
  • Familiar with web and/or mobile technologies and can help evaluate tradeoffs between different solution paths

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is
$125,000 — $175,000 USD
