The Senior Manager Strategy & Analytics supports our Purpose by serving as a liaison for initiatives between the Network Planning Team and Network Operation Control (NOC). This role utilizes compelling analytics and storytelling abilities to influence and present to executives. The Senior Manager Strategy & Analytics is an innovative thinker and skilled communicator who is excited to build meaningful relationships throughout the Company.

Job Summary
- Leads Teams that deliver the analysis, design, and implementation of critical change initiatives across Operations and Commercial Departments. This role is responsible for dedicated analysis, program management and alignment on cross-operational initiatives and Network or Workforce design needs. In partnership with both Operations and Commercial departments, this role is responsible for leading Teams and efforts that align our People, assets and network to reduce cost and complexity; maximize revenue opportunities; and adapt our Operations to changing external and internal conditions.

Responsibilities
- Structure complex and ambiguous problems and act to holistically solve them
- Develop and coordinate well-written presentations that are clear and convey key information, including business cases, roadmaps, and other materials that support alignment efforts
- Identifies, leads and drives analytics around complex Network, Operational and Workforce opportunities
- Effectively prioritize, manage and deliver multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Develop strategies and business insights from quantitative and qualitative information
- Drive consensus among multiple parties with conflicting and diverse viewpoints
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
- Create value through identifying and implementing business improvements
- Act as a thought leader and serve as a trusted advisor to Operations Executives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to apply logical approaches to solving complex problems and identifying solutions
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high regard for confidential and sensitive information
- Skilled in synthesizing complex information within PowerPoint presentations
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and provides direction in a Team-oriented, cross-functional environment
- Ability to self-start and work autonomously, with limited and disparate information
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees up to and including executive levels (written, oral, interpersonal)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidence and trust with executive leadership
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and lead through influence
- Skilled in visualizing data to drive insights using tools such as think-cell, MS Excel etc.

Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Developing strategies, plans, and decisions, and communicating them to executive leadership
- Breaking down and solving ambiguous problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Driving complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders at all levels
- Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
- Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)

- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $151,4000 per year to $168,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience**. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
