As a Corporate Process / Project Manager I, you'll manage projects and lead work on improving processes to provide solutions for moderately complex business needs. Also assisting in projects and timelines for our Health & Wellness team.

- a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- Healthcare background is a plus
What is the work?
Project Management / Continuous Improvement:
- Leads team effort to ensure solutions that meet business needs are identified, documented, analyzed, communicated; facilitates implementation
- Leads definition and documentation of current and future operational scenarios; collaborates with stakeholders to translate basic to moderately complex business needs into solutions / requirements
- Leads definition, specifications, and work development to implement solutions
- Leads delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services in agreed-upon time frames
- Leads analysis of probable impact that recommendations / solutions would have on other business areas and client groups
- Leads the team in conducting post-implementation analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Proactively identifies issues and gaps within current business processes
- Serves as mentor to other Process / Project Analysts and Managers
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 4+ years of experience
Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Corporate Process / Project Manager?
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced project management and analytical skills
- Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with teams / lead projects
- Relevant technical skills
