Marketing Strategy Senior Analyst

The Marketing Strategy Senior Analyst within the Digital Access Program (DAP) is a dynamic role which will challenge results-oriented individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, s/he will leverage strong analytical skills to solve problems, build and develop relationships within UPS and its partner organizations, and offer significant contributions to strategy development and execution. S/he will also have opportunities to employ strong communication skills to engage with DAP stakeholders at the highest levels of organizational leadership. Finally, s/he will manage multiple complex work streams with critical deadlines to drive successful execution of high visibility projects that hold significant impact for both UPS and its partner organization(s).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct detailed external analyses to help develop a current and future view of markets and competition
• Gather data and perform analyses necessary to develop and evaluate DAP marketing strategies
• Liaise with international colleagues to support region-specific initiatives that fit local market needs
• Must be comfortable working outside normal business hours to collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Asia
• Summarize and communicate to key stakeholders throughout the organization
• Liaise with internal teams to develop tech enhancements and new offerings to improve customer experience, taking these offerings from concept phase all the way to deployment

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces, platforms, and industry tools – Preferred
• Proactively identifies key factors behind complex problems and establishes paths to solve them; proposes creative solutions, and investigates and diagnoses anomalies in routine business results
• Demonstrates advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)
• Drives project plans and corresponding strategies from conception to implementation, ensuring the timely execution of deliverables and buy-in of key stakeholders
• Displays expertise in conducting ad hoc analyses and synthesizing results to drive change
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation development capabilities; must be comfortable presenting to varied audiences
• Demonstrates agility and ability to become a SME in a diverse array of topics as new program priorities arise

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree preferred (or internationally comparable degree)
• Bachelor’s Degree required (or internationally comparable degree)
