Dave & Buster’s is seeking an experienced Watch Sr. Brand Manager who is passionate about sports, current on sports industry trends, excited about building a watch experience strategy, and has creative side that isn’t afraid to push the bounds of entertainment & come up with big, bold ideas. With how popular sports are in our target guests’ lives, it is critical that D&B finds a compelling, ownable, relevant way to be a part of that space in a meaningful way. That’s why we need someone like you to come in and own our sports watch experience & partnerships strategy from beginning to end!
Day in the life…
  • Work with Media, Creative & Digital teams to ensure go-to-market strategy is focused and supports program goals.
  • Manage cross functional execution of programs to ensure flawless rollout.
  • Work with Director of Brand Marketing to define sports watch strategy including overarching experience vision & partnership marketing tactics to build awareness and relevance.
  • Recommend & manage marketing calendar programs that combine national calendar messaging, local activities, and culturally relevant moments in sports to elevate the D&B sports watching product.
  • Create business briefs for sports watch programs that help creative, media, and digital teams to create strong go-to-market marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and manage sports partnerships with teams, leagues, athletes, sports betting brands, and more to build relevance and loyalty with our guests.
  • Work with insights team to understand watch promotion performance and its impact on the overall business.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Experience working with sports/athlete partners required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a brand manager role within a client organization or at a sports marketing agency.
