Overview


Job Title: Sr. Director Field Support Full Service

Essential Function


  • Utilizes data to develop processes to improve our organizational practices. Works with organizational partners and stakeholders to ensure efficiencies outlined in business cases reach fruition. Primary focus of achieving high performance through team engagement and consistency in customer focused operational strategies.
  • The Sr. Director of Full Service Operations is accountable for all operational functions, development of business communications strategies and successful execution of Full Service programs. Responsible for migrating legacy data to Salesforce platform while partnering with IT and cross functional dependencies.


Primary Duties


  • 15% Supporting the growth of the Companys business in and across multi channels and divisions.
  • Establishes hindsight processes to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for execution of Full Service operations projects, including timelines, deliverables, support resources, cross-functional partnership management, measurement and communication to align with Full Service and Company strategies.
  • Partners with field Directors, VPs and Payroll to analyze, interpret and process monthly DSC additional commission reimbursement requests.
  • Establishes metrics; analyzes data to measure success; identifies and takes action to develop innovative process improvements.
  • Leads business building initiatives, special projects and large scale meetings, including strategic planning, calendar management, cross-functional collaboration, crisis management, contingency planning, gap analysis.
  • 20% Analyzes Financial data to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • 20% Strategizes, develops and implements process guidelines and determines accuracy of Full Service incentive programs including annual budget planning and partnership with the BSG Director of Finance to review and recommend updates to current company SPIFF and Co-op guidelines.
  • 30% Establishes metrics; analyzes data to measure success; identifies and takes action to develop innovative process improvements.
  • Partners with Group Vice President of Full Service Sales to develop, implement, and monitor process improvement plans aimed at assisting field management to maximize sales, profits, and employee retention goals for the company.
  • 15% Leads, develops and motivates associates, teams and collaborates with other cross-functional departments to ensure all Full Service facing activities are well planned and executed effectively.
  • Oversees administrative functions for Field Leadership Team; develops team to anticipate needs and provide proactive support to Field Leaders. All other projects as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills And Abilities


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in full service sales or sales operations required.
  • Advanced Proficiency in excel, power point, adobe pro and word.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, strategic planning, implementation of policy and procedures and project management.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in operations management required.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related area desired or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Lawson and Salesforce preferred.

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements


  • The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
  • The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
