Domestic Recruiting Specialist

Calling all Domestic Hospitality Professionals - Personal Assistants, Estate Managers, Nannies for HNW - and Recruiters with Domestic Hospitality Experience! The Estate Agency, a thriving and rapidly expanding Domestic Hospitality Recruitment Firm, is seeking dynamic professionals with experience in the Domestic Hospitality Industry or Recruitment in Domestic Hospitality to join our dynamic team!

The Domestic Recruitment Specialist will manage the full cycle recruitment process, placing top domestic talent for our high net worth and high profile clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the domestic hospitality industry, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of success in a similar role. Role can be 100% remote or onsite in our Midtown Manhattan Office. Candidates ideally would be located in Dallas, LA or Florida.

Responsibilities

· Recruit Domestic Hospitality candidates – Personal Assistants, Estate/House Managers, Private Chefs, Nannies - for High Profile and High Net Worth clients

· Manage full-cycle recruitment process - sourcing, screening, submittals, interview coordination, offer presentation

· Assess candidates’ qualifications via resume reviews and phone screenings

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers in order to create a trusted professional partnership

· Serve as Primary Contact for candidates during the client recruitment process

· Utilize an applicant tracking system and other technologies that support the recruiting process

Experience and Skills

· 2+ years’ experience in the Domestic Hospitality Industry OR as a Recruitment Specialist in Domestic Hospitality

· Experience within industry experience a plus - ie Executive Assistant, House/Estate Manager, Private Chef, Event Planner, Nanny for High Net Worth clients

· Strong technical skills and the ability to stay hyper-organized within the EA digital headquarters

· Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, clients and candidates
