Our client is a multinational financial services company looking to add a Senior Manager of Digital Product Strategy to their team. This individual will be focused on product discovery and data analytics (both qualitative and quantitative). Their Digital Services team is responsible for delivering innovative, best-in-class solutions. They collaborate with user experience and design, business and technology partners across the enterprise to build software experiences their users are passionate about. They are looking for product and customer champions to help craft the future of digital platforms. They are on a journey to build the future of financial services. This position will be part of the Digital Accelerator model, focused on improving the Retirement Journey for clients. The Digital Accelerator will focus on driving client-centricity, reducing time to market & increasing efficiency. The model is insights-driven and focuses on rapid iterations to drive innovation and transformation. What you’ll do:
• Foster an in-depth understanding of the ways that the company serves our nearing and in-retirement clients, and the key ways in which they can improve the delivery and quality of those services, products, and tools.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for key product launches, including rep-facing training and client-facing communications, drive adoption to digital products through findability enhancements and close partnership with related product teams.
• Develop and communicate the product strategy for our digital products, including market and data analysis, user research, and competitive insights.
• Partner with product managers to drive product strategy, define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client needs and business goals.
• Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product strategy and better understand our clients; represent the voice of the client.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure product strategy aligns with overall business strategy and firm objectives; develop presentations to regularly communicate product insights and metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Monitor key metrics to measure success of product initiatives and identify areas of improvement, clearly present results, insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategy and delivering successful digital product solutions.
• Ideal candidate would have product strategy, product management, and/or strategy consulting experience.
• Financial Services industry experience a plus, but not required.

- Expertise leading go to market strategy
- DATA ANALYTICS (ability to synthesize complex data)
- Mural and/or Figma skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills for executive leadership
- Prior digital product strategy experience
