About the Role

The marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to lead our customer reference and advocacy programs. This person will own the vision and execution plan for generating sales references to accelerate pipeline, building customer stories centered on ROI and innovation, as well as other elements of customer advocacy, such building regional user groups. They will partner closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and other go to market teams to track and manage customer referenceability, source customers for speaking and joint marketing opportunities, and create and foster deep partnerships with Eightfold customers to drive growth and ongoing value.


Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain customer references, including quotes, reference calls, case studies, speaking opportunities and other engagements

Work with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Professional Services, executive leadership, and Product to identify and track customers for reference activities

Schedule and capture customer case studies in all formats including on video, in writing, and in live speaking engagements

Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan Eightfold’s annual customer user conference, Cultivate

Execute quarterly campaigns to solicit reviews for sites like G2 and Capterra

Manage and monitor the Eightfold customer gifting program

Track key customer stats and outcomes for use in Marketing programs

Support customer meeting opportunities including Customer Advisory Board and User Group meetings.


Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field OR equivalent work experience

4+ years experience in B2B marketing

4+ years experience in a B2B customer-facing role Experience in customer marketing or customer reference

Flexibility to travel as required, up to 10%.


*Please note this role is open to all US locations and is categorized as a remote position. The information below is provided for candidates hired in California, Colorado and New York.


The standard base pay range for this role is $148,000 to $200,000 annually.


In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards, benefits and discretionary bonuses or commissions. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location within the state.
