Job Description

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.


About us


We improve education in schools by providing an interactive curriculum delivered in an innovative learning platform created around the Next Generation Science Standards.


Our platform is built for 21st-century teaching, by combining physical and virtual activities, all packaged into an engaging and scaffolded journey through the material.


At Kognity, you’ll use your skills and expertise to improve learning in schools for children all over the world. Your work here will make a difference for the next generation.


What you’ll do


  • Work with Product, Marketing and User Engagement, to increase product usage for existing customers by generating engaging content based on data and insights.
  • Enable new users to get up and running as quickly as possible by developing engaging and intuitive onboarding materials.
  • Develop the communication strategy and value proposition for events and on-demand content.


We’re excited if you have


  • The ability to create engaging written content using a variety of tools.
  • Experience working as an Educator or Content Marketing Specialist from an Edtech organisation.


Interview process


  • Recruiter call; An introductory chat with one of our friendly Recruiters to discuss the role and your interests. Your Recruiter will be your main point of contact during your interview process.


  • Hiring Manager call; A call with (Courtney, Head of User Engagement), to get to know you and discuss the role in more detail.


  • Case Study Interview; You’ll work on a task designed to test your writing skills.


  • Values Interview; A discussion of your experience relating to our company values, which you can find on our careers site.


  • Leadership team discussion; A chance for you to speak with a member of our leadership team, touching on our vision, mission, and values.
