Our client in the healthcare saas space is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be focusing on customer engagement and churn prevention. You will create marketing experiences that surprise and delight our customers, whether that’s through email campaigns, in-app messages, brochures, webinars, and other mediums. You will play a crucial role in working with the delivery teams to help ensure a seamless implementation process and work with the product and CS teams to launch new features and products to our existing customer base. You have a reputation for building rapport with customers and excel at communicating directly to them. You’re a highly creative and an excellent writer but can also build processes at scale, and rely on data to guide you.
- Develop attention-grabbing marketing materials: emails, app messages, brochures, webinars, etc.
- Coordinate with product and CS teams for successful new feature launches to surgeons, healthcare executives, and OR Leaders.
- Create impactful marketing experiences through various channels.
- Ensure seamless product implementation with delivery teams.
- Build and nurture customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competition.
- Communicate effectively with customers, using data for decision-making.
Skills You Need:
You did the marketing thing for 4-6 years and know your way around customers.
You rocked SaaS product marketing. If you know health saas too, that’s a plus
You talk and write like a champ.
Slides don’t scare you – you can make them look good.
You like working with others and can make things happen.
You don’t wait around – you make things move, fast.
You can handle a bunch of stuff and keep track of time.
You got a portfolio that shows what you've done.
You're cool traveling around 25% of the time.
