We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager that will develop and execute our company’s marketing plans in North America to grow our brand and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate has in-depth and direct marketing experience for software companies and brand awareness development.
Responsibilities:
- Direct regional communication activities including PR and case study creation.
- Work hand-in hand with the global CMO, located outside of the United States.
- Research and plan marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Develop, implement and oversee the execution of our channel marketing activities.
- Drive market engagement through our digital assets and demand generation to maximize lead conversion.
- Analyze and provide data-driven insights to improve pipeline, ROI and the customer experience.
- Oversee and play a hands-on role in generating valuable, educational, and relevant content for target audiences that is suitable for all marketing platforms.
- Develop marketing strategy in close collaboration with the regional business groups and global marketing team.
- Review KPI performance and pipeline contribution so we can demonstrate marketing impact and align marketing activities to pipeline gaps and opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships with PR agency, production, branding, video and graphic design companies
- Lead F2F and virtual customer and partner events, including trade shows and webinars.
- Leverage and drive adoption of our global marketing tools to ensure we drive scale and speed to market.
- Supervise and develop the regional marketing budget.
- Build and execute regional marketing plans to meet the regional marketing and business goals.
- Ensure marketing activity timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate meetings across teams, including sales, product and marketing, to gather insight and feedback to support development of campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience collaborating with PR agencies and media.
- Hands-on experience with event planning and production.
- Solid management and execution experience with promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong marketing operational and analytical skills.
- Experience in lead generation for Software companies (PPC, SM, events, seminars, etc.).
- Experience working in a global software or high-tech company.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role.
- Budget planning experience and proficiency in building reports
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in managing outsourced vendors (design, video, event contractors, etc.).
- Experience in collaborating and enabling channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of brand development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, Mar-Tech and social marketing technology.
