The Lactation Network is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager. This position will bring a deep understanding of insights driven audience marketing to develop marketing strategies to grow, retain, and delight our partners.

Breakdown of the role

  • Commercial Growth (30%). In partnership with the TLN marketing team and the Commercial organization, you will support lead generation and onboarding of employer benefits partners. You’ll support event sponsorship, sales and presentation collateral development, and email marketing campaigns to help meet those goals.
  • IBCLC Network Growth and Retention (70%). In partnership with the TLN marketing organization and the Consultant Relations team, you will be responsible for the growth and retention of our network of IBCLCs. You’ll manage marketing campaigns and programs across email, collateral development, paid media, and virtual and in-person events to deliver a uniquely valuable experience for TLN’s IBCLCs.


What you’ll do

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to support the growth of key business areas.

  • Build awareness of the importance of lactation care and generate employer leads. Develop campaigns across email, events, and sales collateral that will increase the awareness of the importance of lactation care benefits among employers and drive partnerships with TLN.
  • Elevate our IBCLC experience. Develop a deep understanding of our IBCLC’s and help TLN deliver experiences that help our Lactation Consultants manage their practice and deliver the best possible care to their patients.
  • Campaign development, execution and analysis. You will develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns that drive the acquisition and retention of our IBCLC’s and commercial partners across paid media, events, owed content, sales collateral development, and email.


What we expect from you

  • Experience managing marketing activations across virtual and in-person events, email, and paid media
  • Ability to approach problems with creativity and curiosity
  • High EQ
  • Experience developing influential presentations and sales collateral
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build consensus
  • A retention mindset
  • Extremely organized with close attention to detail
