We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Sr. Solutions Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Position Overview: 80% Solutions Management and 20% innovation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, as a Sr. Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling the sales of our solutions, helping customers implement them, and maximize their use. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design systems for customers, provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales, support on customer implementation, sales operations, and customer success. In your consultative role, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their business and technical requirements, design customer-specific configurations and demonstrate how our products can address their needs. By effectively presenting the technical features and benefits of our solutions, you will help secure new business opportunities and contribute to the company's revenue targets. You will also closely work with internal operations to make sure processes are seamlessly leading to customer success. Finally, you will be a key part of the innovation team, you will bring customer feedback and your personal analysis to improve solutions and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact and trusted advisor for both the sales team and potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and actively participate in the entire sales cycle.
- Engage in consultative discussions with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Customize product demonstrations to align with customers' specific requirements, effectively addressing their pain points and showcasing the solution's capabilities.
- Manage and schedule equipment inventory and their assignment to clients and stakeholders.
- Design systems that respond to customer-specific configurations.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, technical documentation, and proof-of-concepts to support the sales process.
- Assist in conducting competitive analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback from customers to the product development team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product management, engineering, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product roadmap.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and emerging technologies in the IT industry, ensuring a deep understanding of our product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Networking or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar position within the IT or videogame industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT networks, systems, and architectures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customers' business challenges.
- Proficiency in delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures within the US and internationally particularly in Europe and Asia.
- Location in the Easter Time zone would be a plus but is not required.
- Preparedness to travel 30% of the time.
