Job Summary
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify and articulate current and future state processes, business requirements, as well deliver improvements to key business processes and systems.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Build and maintain network of working relationships across the organization.
• Translate business concerns into clear requirements through use cases, process diagrams, business and/or functional requirements so they are understandable and usable by each stakeholder group.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM meetings to facilitate mapping user stories to process solution and providing guidance on release schedules that are effective and efficient for the end-user.
• Acts as a liaison between the stakeholder and project teams to ensure understanding that the process and requirements will result in an effective solution.
• Through interviews, observations, and research, create detailed business process mappings showing all touch points and tools used on medium projects.
• Communicate requirements/solutions to development teams.
• Define new and/or improved business processes and system uses to meet business objectives.
• Document all results in a professional format (utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.) for evaluation and presentation to sponsor and stakeholders.
• Assist with knowledge and training materials that support change. Support end users through change by troubleshooting, creating best practices, answering questions and concerns to achieve adoption of change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or IT preferred, or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of prior business process analyst or continuous improvement experience with multiple releases.
• Proven skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint).
• Experience with development and testing practices.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $61,600-105,164. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
