Business Technology Analyst/Tester - Remote In Us

U.S. Bank's Consumer Lending Change Management Office is actively seeking an experienced business technology analyst/tester for the operational execution, development, and delivery of new and innovative features for our consumer lending products, mortgage, home equity, purpose and unsecured loans and lines.
The responsibilities of the Business Technology Analyst / Tester are as follows:

• This role is remote from anywhere in the United States.
• Perform a variety of tasks based on the needs of the business.
• Be an integral member of business, change management and technology teams delivering new capabilities across multiple consumer product segments to better support our customers and employees.
• Work with multiple groups, internal and external, utilizing varying project and testing methodologies and platforms to evaluate and deliver features for Consumer Lending strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a computer technology expert for assigned functional applications to assist business lines with development and ongoing support.
• This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Compile and analyze information that is detailed, and often interpretive making project release recommendations based on testing findings.
• Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation, and implementation in accordance with client needs.
• Dedicate time to testing in lower environments, writing testing plans and strategies, accumulate test data, and document findings.

Basic Qualifications

• Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Testing experience in IT and UAT.
• Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
• Experience with functional, end to end, regression, and smoke testing.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 - $90,400.00 - $99,440.00
