Business Systems Analyst Ii - Remote

Employer is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst or Business Systems Consultant to join our Senior Solutions Department. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to support our Direct Sales Center (DSC) with various projects and initiatives. We offer a competitive salary based on your level of experience and qualifications, along with an annual bonus opportunity. What We Can Offer You

• Business Systems Analyst II: $56,150 - $65,000
• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications:
• Remote work opportunity
• Business Systems Consultant III: $94,500 - $120,000
• Sick leave through personal time, up to 56 hours in 2023 (prorated based on start date)
• Up to 15 days of vacation per year for full-time associates
• Annual bonus opportunity
• Business Systems Consultant I: $72,000 - $95,000
• Business Systems Analyst I: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
• Business Systems Analyst III: $65,000 - $85,000
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match
• Business Systems Consultant II: $82,500 - $110,000
• 9 paid holidays in 2023

What You'll Do

• Identify key measures of success and collect, organize, and present data to stakeholders
• Lead project teams and utilize project management tools and techniques
• Establish clear lines of communication between vendors, leadership, and end users
• Support technology and business process improvement initiatives in the Direct Sales Center
• Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of different initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with project management processes and tools
• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with Business Analysis techniques and tools
• Ability to understand and consider both business and technical processes and needs
• Knowledge of business system operations, workflow analysis, and business systems terminology and standards

Valuable Experience

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and relevant industry standards
• Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
