Health Business Analyst - Remote

What is your impact?

The Health Business Analyst Associate, assist the analytics team by conducting research, creating reports/presentations, maintaining analytical findings, and extracting data to deliver meaningful and actionable insights to client areas.

What are your key responsibilities?

Conduct research and is responsible for analytics projects.

Develop Excel-based models that are used to evaluate trends, forecast, and identify best practices.

Assist the Analytics team in extracting data using SQL and/or SAS, modifying extracts and integrating data when necessary.

Assist the Analytics team in monitoring and evaluating patterns, costs, and trends.

What is required?

1 years related work experience. Experience Details: Excel-based models that are used to evaluate trends, forecast, and identify best practices including data analyst

Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Intermediate Excel skills (ability to create and use pivot tables and formulas)

What is preferred:

Experience with HEDIS

General Physical Demands

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Annualized Salary Range: $55,800 - $90,700

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $55,800 - $69,800

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
