The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of special education within the Northeast region. Reporting to the Manager of Implementation, you'll collaborate with school districts, supporting them in enhancing student outcomes and state/district processes related to special education.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver engaging professional development and technical assistance in support of our cutting-edge technologies and client services.
Become a guru in our web-based tools, guiding clients through training modules to ensure smooth adoption.
Develop comprehensive training materials for various user types within school districts.
Deliver dynamic training sessions, including virtual sessions, webinars, on-site visits, videos, and recorded sessions.
Provide expertise in special education compliance and policy, helping school districts stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
Actively engage in business development activities, contributing to proposals, demonstrations, and client conversations.
Participate in firm-wide initiatives and national conferences, sharing knowledge and positioning us as the leading education solutions provider.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of successful experience as a special educator and staff trainer.
A keen understanding of key policy issues and trends impacting special education in the Northeast region.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to present and facilitate engaging training sessions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet critical deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
A collaborative spirit, working effectively both independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies.
An enthusiastic attitude in addressing complex challenges that shape the future of education.

Location and Compensation
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, depending on your skills, experience, and location. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
