Global Hires is looking for an empowered entrepreneur to join as a SaaS Sales Manager for a client in the IT Service/Solutions industry. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing sales pipeline and managing leads. This is a planner, analyst, and project driver that has a strong grasp of B2B, Networking Closing Ability, Sales, and strategies and can manage prospects from lead generations to paying customers. This will require focus, flexibility, and curiosity to learn about the global workforce marketplace with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in cross-national teams, and an "outside the box" attitude is also required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough market research to generate high-quality leads and identify key competitors
- Identifying new business opportunities (new channels, network, and other collaborations)
- Developing a database of prospects and target clients with complete contact information using CRM platforms
- Engaging directly and effectively with internal decision-makers, marketing agencies, potential Clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Working in conjunction with the marketing team concerning and other marketing items
- Managing a sales pipeline of candidates from lead generations to paying customers, measuring, and reporting ROI and KPIs
- Becoming an expert in our client's overall value proposition, needs, and services
- Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and complete records, activity, and reports using CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Exceptional leadership and time management skills
- Excellent research, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 3 to 5+ years of proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Previous experience in sales and data analysis
- Thrives off working within a virtual work environment
- 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferred
- Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Detail oriented, creative, and driven to exceed in goals
- Great listening skills, and track record of ability to convert prospects to closed deals
