The Regional Sales Executive (Southeastern, US) is a work from home, individual contributor opportunity responsible for generating revenue through direct sales to enterprise organizations in the facilities out of hospital market. Target organizations include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living providers, CCRCs and diversified owner or operators in the senior care market located in the Southeastern United States. The sales executive will be required to establish and maintain high-level professional relationships with key decision-makers, implement and execute sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include appropriate coordination between sales, marketing, contract administration, and operations. If you are very organized, self-directed and enjoy selling, this is a fantastic senior-level sales opportunity.
Southeastern United States Territory: Major metropolitan areas - Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, Dallas, Houston.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain and update Salesforce CRM, as required
  • Develop and implement market-specific strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve objectives for areas of responsibility
  • Attend and coordinate state and national industry Trade Shows
  • Identify, target, and generate a consistent revenue stream from qualified long-term care clients through effective and systematic, sales execution
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key area healthcare executives and professionals in the market
  • Champion the concept, principles, and services of MatrixCare
  • Participate in professional societies and activities related to the health care industry, as appropriate
  • Identify both new business opportunities and new customer call points within the market served for additional revenue opportunity
  • Coordinate joint sales & marketing efforts as appropriate
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
  • 5 + years of experience in healthcare software sales
  • Strong high-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented
  • Effective sales management and organizational skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree. A combination of education and experience will be accepted
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate in Salesforce, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in software sales to the long-term care industry and/or a high-level consultative healthcare product and/or service sales experience is preferred
  • A proven team player
  • A demonstrated record of accomplishments in healthcare-related sales
Preferred:
  • MBA
  • Long Term Care industry pros. (Administrators, Nurse Leaders, VPs, and C-level talent will be given top consideration).
  • Distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales.
  • Has expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products.
  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Viewed as an expert in the field.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:
99,000.00 - 124,000.00 - 149,000.00 USD Annual with generous uncapped commission structure.
